Installed programs doesn’t appear in Start Menu (Windows 7 x64bit)

1) There are two locations of Start Menu when a program is installed.
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
C:\Users\Raksasabiru\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

2) Go to either directory and look for the installed program.

3) Try open the folder. You can see that the folder requests permission to open.

4) Gain ownership of the folder.
Right click folder > Properties > Security > Advanced > Owner

5) Save/ Click Ok.

6) Try restarting your computer. For some case, the program you’ve installed will suddenly appear.

Good luck!
